ABOUT THE ITEMS:
Poison Apple Printshop is a one-woman operation dedicated to showcasing original artwork informed by witchcraft, occult, and magic through an array of quality items. All images and designs are original works drawn by Adrienne Rozzi. Each item is screen printed by hand using environmentally safe methods. Screen printing is a printing technique that involves applying ink to a flat surface through a woven mesh screen. The benefits of screen printing rather than digital printing are great. Not only are my screen prints 100% handmade from start to finish, but colors are more vibrant and even tactile. You can feel the ink raised on the surface of the paper and though slight, this makes the colors stand out and adds dimension and texture. All of my items are handmade using this screen printing method.
CUSTOM WORK AND COMMISSIONS:
I do not do custom work of any kind. I do not do custom drawings. I do not print custom items.
WASHING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Patches: Iron reverse side of image. Hand wash until sewn onto something, then wash regular with cold water.
-Clothing: Iron inside out. Wash regular with cold water and like colors.
-Altar cloths: Hand wash only with cold water and mild soap. To iron, use linen setting and iron back side of cloth. For stubborn folds, mist cloth with water and iron when damp from back side of cloth.
-Dyed items: Hand wash separately with cold water. Colors may change slightly with first wash.
Many of my prints on paper are Limited Editions, meaning they are lovingly screen printed by hand in a small batch. Each print is signed and numbered ensuring the integrity of the edition. Once a limited edition print is sold out it means it will not be reprinted. If a print is not limited, it will not be numbered but it will still be signed and available continuously.
Once limited edition prints and clothing are sold out, they are no longer available. If the item is not labeled "limited edition" it will be reprinted and available again in the near future.
All sizing is specific to the particular item. Within the description of the item you will find accurate measurements for each size available. If you have further sizing questions please contact me using the "contact" tab at the top of this website.
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed before it ships. This time frame may be longer during a sale or during the holiday months of October, November, and December. When you package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number via USPS. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear online.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address and e-mail address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong address please e-mail me ASAP with the new one. If your item has not yet shipped I can still change it. If your package is already in transit and you wish to change the shipping address, you will be required to pay an additional fee in order for me to change it.
-U.S. customers: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped. "Standard Shipping" is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and comes with a tracking number but no insurance. "Priority Shipping" is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and comes with tracking number and insurance up to $50. If you would like to add more insurance to your package, please feel free to reach out via the 'contact' tab at the top of this website. The Printshop is not responsible for lost packages if your tracking number indicates your order was "delivered." Once your package is marked "delivered" there is nothing I can do from my end to track it down. You must look into the matter yourself by contacting your local US Post Office branch and your local mail carrier. It is also suggested you contact your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.
-INTERNATIONAL customers: If you would like to add insurance to your order, meaning your items will be sent via express mail, please e-mail me before placing your order. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country’s import taxes and duty fees. All orders will be marked “merchandise” on the customs form, no exceptions. If your package is returned to me in the mail, you will be responsible for shipping costs for me to resend your returned package. The Printshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number indicates the package was delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or is lost please contact your local post office and customs office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
ALL SALES FINAL except for regular priced shirts which may be exchanged only for a different size. If you have further questions about an item or would like to see additional photos please e-mail me through the contact tab at the top of this website.
